Allow images/file uploads larger than 2MB

The recent change where images and files have to be under 2MB in order to be uploaded is, to put it mildly, very bad. If your tool wants to auto-crop them to a size less than 2MB tall, with a total size of all images 20MB, fine, but 2MB per image? That's untenable. Please change it back, or make the max file size larger, like 4MBs.
