Completed webtoons free from daily pass

If you have completed the webtoon and it moves to dailypass it should remain free for those that have read the whole webtoon. Sometimes we want to reread them only to find them in dailypass and we are unable to then binge read. The check to stop others from just marking them read is in my other suggestion of a completion marker
