WEBTOON's feedback portal is for:

• Sharing product feedback and ideas
• Requesting series translations

Please follow these policies to help keep the feedback portal a constructive space for suggestions that can help us improve the WEBTOON platform. These rules apply to everyone using the portal. Your use of this service must comply with these policies and WEBTOON terms.

Prohibited Content

• Irrelevant Content: Topics and posts must be clear and related to constructive feedback and suggestions.
• Spam: We don’t allow topics or posts including content or URLs that are promotional or commercial, repetitive, unrelated, or excessive. Harassment: We don't allow behavior that harasses, threatens, or targets other users or people.
• Hate speech: We don’t allow content that has the primary purpose of inciting hate towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, political orientation, etc.
• Private and confidential information: We don’t allow distribution of personal information. Do not ask other members for personal information and do not share personal information.
